What payment options does WEBER+WEBER offer?

As soon as we have received the amount to be paid, your package will be shipped. We ask you to make the payment as soon as possible. Please note that the order will be automatically canceled if we do not receive payment within 7 days.

You will receive an invoice from us (by post and/or email) and can transfer the order amount to our account within two days, stating your name and the invoice number.

Is my shipment insured?

All deliveries from WEBER+WEBER are insured against theft and damage. The insurance cover expires in the course of your written acceptance upon delivery by our service partner GLS.

How is my order shipped? Is there a shipment tracking?

Your order will be shipped with GLS. You can always keep an eye on your package with GLS shipment tracking. As soon as your package is dispatched to us, you will receive an automated e-mail from us with the shipping and order number. This allows you to check that the order you placed was sent correctly. Returns

How do I return my order?

The items can be returned within a period of 14 days. This only applies to unworn and unwashed items in perfect condition from which the warranty seal/tag/hangtag has not been removed.

We will enclose a Shop Return package label with your order for the return shipment. Keep the receipt (left section), please attach the label to the outside of the parcel where it is clearly visible and hand it in at a GLS parcel shop of your choice/nearby. You can find the GLS parcel shops at www.glsparcelshop.eu . We therefore assume the return costs.
